"Ais Kacang" (literary translated to peanut ice) which is also known as ABC in Malaysia. This icy treat is made from shaved ice, sweet flavoured syrup, evaporated milk, Malaysian's famous gula Melaka (Palm sugar), red beans, sweetcorn, grass jelly, and many more to make the dish more rich. Malaysian enjoy this dish with various bites o different textures and flavours of the mixture.it is also cheap, usely at RM3.50. Ais Kacang is a delicious cold dessert which you can get from restaurants and cafe's around the world which serve Malaysian Cuisine. Ofcourse this is an excellent choice of dessert for summer.
