Beat The Heat with "Cendol"..


Then not to forget is Malaysian very own favorite van-style stall of "cendol". It is a simple treat, shaved ice, pour in with the all time favorite combination of Gula Melaka (Palm sugar) and coconut milk, then top of with cendol ( green dough of green pea flour and juices from pandan leaves). Optionally there will either be mix in of kacang (peanut) and red beans. Normally cendol served in a small bowl. In Malaysia, you can easily find Cendol served in small stalls along roadside or at pasar malam (night market). It is a perfect beverage, esspecially during hot days. It is cheap too, usely at RM 2.00. Try this dessert during summer, sure can beat the heat..!!! hohoho...
