Indian Prosperity Feast (Briyani)

'Nasi Briyani' is the rice that fried gently in ghee or vegetables oil, together with some spices and herbs such as cinnamon, pandan leaves, ginger and garlic. Then steamed the rice in a stock made from chicken or mutton, together with portions of chicken or mutton. In Malaysia,this dish is called "Nasi Minyak". It is commonly served with chicken or mutton curry, rendang and salad. Nasi Briyani is famous among Indian and Mamak people (Indian Muslim) and also special dish which served for weddings, festival and many more. Nasi Briyani also can be served with white rice and "dalca" ( a kind of vegetables curry with mutton).
